Bold new design directions where content meets commerce. The brief was to rethink the way consumers navigate content by immersing users into a more social experience. Working within an established strategic outline, I developed a design concept seamlessly integrating social content as well as influencer stories in order to increase user engagement.
Deciding to forego the typical structure of standard product categories, I mapped out a unique user flow that appealed to people’s passions. A simple question posed on a dynamic landing page provokes users into appropriate entertainment verticals such as music, movies, games, and more. Product modules on secondary pages incorporate curated content to organically further the story.
In addition to designing the overall visual direction, I also created low fidelity wireframes, developed site architecture, and provided strategic social content recommendations. The proof of concepts were not only highly-favored by the client, but also helped to sell new business and a content strategy assignment as well.
