Verizon's new visual identity communicates simplicity, reliability and focus on the customer. With the unveiling and subsequent slow rollout of the new logo, Verizon's mobile site required a more streamlined user experience to better align with their updated brand refresh and reflect the scalability of the redesigned mark.


In the absence of formalized wireframes, I was brought in to help with a systemic design approach that involved art direction and UI design for process flows such as phone selection and customization, about and help pages, and device authentication. The following screens not only reinforce the brand's new repositioning, but also highlight a delightful, user-centric experience.
